Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the products ordered, and the selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

International Shipping

Yes! We ship to customers worldwide where our suppliers and shipping partners provide service.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Multiple Shipments

As a dropshipping business, your order may be fulfilled by different suppliers. If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
